MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Manage the fishing activity. Schedule and repair mechanical compounds on boat. Install instruments and devices with calibration. Made fishing net and repair if needed.

Planning and field repair rotating equipment such motor, compressor, pump and static as valve, PSV and PCV. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility s equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment. Apply corrective maintenance and overhaul on several kind of pumps as centrifugal pump, screw pump and piston pump. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities when required. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Develop and update the procedures and operating instructions for major s mechanical interventions according to the HSE procedures and optimizing costs and delays. Develop the specifications and / or scope of work related to the intervention, based on the TOTAL GS Develop the new technical operations for the Preventive and curative interventions, as well for new and existing equipment. Identify work opportunities and proposal of improvements related to the intervention by consulting the sites and others entities Analyze the operating parameters before and after intervention and during normal operation in order to predict the breakdowns. Analyze incidents and evaluate solutions to implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes. Coordinate during the major s interventions between internal resources and contractor s. Ensure technical approval and take decisions for Mechanical issues for all onshore and offshore production facilities. Ensure preparation of major maintenance interventions (budget, documentation, planning and scheduling, work order, PTW, JSA, capital spare parts and consumables...). Participate in the development of maintenance programs and major inspections Supervise the implementation of these programs in coordination with the sites Take contact with manufacturers (OEM) to discuss improvements and during major s interventions. Ensure the preparation, monitoring of stock levels and supply, receiving and quality control of spare parts as well for operating stock and for major interventions (Level 4 and 5) Ensure the update of reporting in CMMS (Monitoring status of WO, REX, reporting and KPI s) Participate in technical modification projects or reliability of installations Write the final report of intervention, develop feedback and recommend solutions for improvement of next maintenance tasks. Commissioning new equipments installation and run out. Planning the replacement of obsolete equipments, Loading Arm LUCEAT CHIKSAN preventive and troubleshooting jobs, prepare and coordinate decade major inspection and overhaul. Centrifugal gas compressors, routine maintenance job, troubleshooting and performance monitoring, familiar with Thermodyn compressors. Reciprocating gas compressors, preventive and major overhaul maintenance, Dresser CUB and Ariel compressors. Interface / coordinate with other disciplines such as Production, E&I and Projects.

Performed corrective tasks such as replacing worn parts, installing and testing new or repaired equipment on-site. Performed preventive tasks on equipment such as checking oil temperature and oil quality, alignment and vibration. Created a data sheet in regard with equipment performance. Involved in preparing the shut downs. Supervise contractors doing tasks. Working with vendors and supplied logistic for them. Make training for contractors on a special tools and safety procedures. Manage and lead the team to get the tasks on the best times. Working as a technician in case the team needs help. Make reports explaining the tasks done, the spares used, the time spent and the problems occured with the solutions applied. Skilled in finding solution for trouble shouting.
